Back to: International Lead Ambassadors
As a Lead Ambassador, you will represent your assigned countries (they will be emailed to you) and you will support a number of marketing, public relations, and social engagements by building a network of individuals interested/ involved in education and/or the space industry.
Once you receive your assigned countries based on your responses to the Google Form, you will recruit and work with a team of about 5 to 10 Brand Ambassadors in your assigned countries. These Brand Ambassadors will support you in creating and outreaching social media campaigns, supporting/mentoring Career Astronaut applicants, preparing applicants for the Career Astronaut application interviews, and other company outreach initiatives.
This includes developing, supporting and maintaining a working relationship with each applicant and prospective applicants to ensure successful completion of their online training milestones. You will address applicant queries, drive social media, marketing, and public engagements in your respective countries. You will also connect with space industry professionals, and engage prospective Career Astronaut applicants.
Once you complete this training, you can begin recruiting your small team of Brand Ambassadors, and add their information to this Google Sheets (Click here to access) to keep the Lead Ambassador team up-to-date with your Brand Ambassador team and progress.
While you recruit a team of Brand Ambassadors, you can begin creating social media marketing content to engage prospective Career Astronaut Applicants. Our main goal right now is to increase awareness of the Career Astronaut Competition and the Online Training Course. A very effective way to increase outreach and engagement is through presenting at STEM career fairs and campus groups related to aerospace. This can be done by connecting with post-secondary institutions. We very highly encourage you to reach out to your alumni or current educational or affiliated institution to inquire about STEM career fairs and campus groups related to aerospace.
2. Share info about the product/service we offer – Biostrap health data (3-piece package) + AdvancingX Online training
3. Share info about the problem we are solving – contributing to space science & creating an opportunity to get into space
4. Go in and out of ClubHouse rooms – share what we are doing & direct interested individuals to your instagram and tell them to DM you “I want access to space” (we highly recommend ClubHouse but if you don’t use this, then you can engage individuals directly in Instagram or LinkedIn, etc. and follow up with them individually in the Direct Message feature)
5. Engage the interested individuals – send them your personal referral code (this will be sent to you by our Global Project Manager) and build a relationship – follow up with them to see if they sign up for the online training program (this is the link to the training https://p3.advancingx.com/course/online-program/)
Once everyone has completed the training and began their duties, we will have team Zoom meetings to check-in and share progress updates as well as share ideas about which social media marketing strategies have worked well for you.
