AdvancingX is dedicated to helping teams reach their maximum potential and become the best versions of themselves. We believe in fostering teamwork, growth, and excellence. Our focus is on providing comprehensive training and support to Career Astronaut Candidates, enabling them to excel in space operations.

Career Astronaut Candidates undergo rigorous training and research, working alongside AdvancingX employees, NASA personnel, and astronaut trainers. They face challenges in extreme environments, such as extinct lava tunnels, remote research labs, and deep underwater space vehicle mock-ups. Through these experiences, candidates develop essential team skills, survival strategies, and astronaut capabilities, preparing them for missions to suborbital space, the moon, Mars, and beyond.

We aim to create an inclusive and diverse environment where individuals and teams can thrive. We welcome candidates with a STEAM background who are passionate about space exploration and interested in pursuing space-related careers. Our Career Astronaut program offers commercial astronaut training that prepares individuals for the exciting opportunities of the commercial space era, especially to support AdvancingX client space agreements.

There are three pathways to join our team of Career Astronauts, all of which require completion of a 6-month Online Training program:

Industry-Specific (12 months): Tailored for individuals with expertise in specific industries relevant to space operations.
Military/Veteran (12 months): Designed for military personnel and veterans looking to transition into the space sector.
Part-time (5 years): This option allows individuals to participate in the Career Astronaut program while continuing their current commitments.
