Dr. Eduardo Diaz PhD.
Dr. Eduardo Diaz, PhD, is a renowned psychologist and expert human factors research scientist with over 24 years of experience in human performance optimization. He leads research projects analyzing team performance in challenging environments, such as Neutral Buoyancy EVA/IVA Operations and high desert tasks. Dr. Diaz has presented his findings at U.C. Berkeley and published influential papers on topics like the Third-Quarter Phenomenon. He developed the Organizational Team Index (OTI) and Optimal Team Design (OTD) to enhance team efficiency and resilience. Dr. Diaz holds advanced degrees from Walden University and completed his undergraduate studies at Sonoma State University and U.C. Berkeley.
