OPTIMAL TEAM DESIGN (OTD)
The OTD uses the Organizational Team Index (OTI), the most advanced metric system designed to optimize team design to increase team efficiency, cohesion and performance. The OTI measures functional characteristics defined as the cognitive and evaluative process such as intentions, emotions, planning and perception, known to influence team decisions and outcomes. Its theoretical framework is grounded in Personality Systems Interactions developed from self-regulation theory and personality architecture. The OTI was developed from peer-reviewed research to optimize team design in order to mitigate risks associated with:
- Human-Systems Interaction Design
- Cognitive and Behavioral Conditions
- Team Performance
With 95% confidence, the OTI is able to identify the best possible candidates to support Optimal Team Design, significantly reducing organizational costs associated with team communication & training, outcomes and error rates.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The space industry has seen a significant increase in job opportunities alongside a record-level amount of research and investor related activity through the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory programs (Space Report 2020). With greater than half of the world’s countries now in space, there is a growing need for qualified and skilled Career Astronauts to fill the needs of this rapidly evolving space industry. Specific sets of skills are required when seeking a position in the highly competitive space industry. We provide these skills.

The Health & Performance Optimization program runs in tandem with the Career Astronaut training. Participants are guided through an immersive and educational wellness experience that empowers them to proactively manage and take control over their own health and performance.
Your data can also be compared to the mean data of Career Astronaut Candidates and other high performance athletes. The technology empowers you to take control of your health and wellness using clinical-grade data, sleep analysis and recovery scores so that you can Level Up.

TECHNOLOGY
Biosensor is a non-invasive optical sensor that monitors changes in arterial pulse volume using photoplethysmography (PPG). The device includes built-in activity analysis and records raw bio-signals recorded through the wristband device which are then transferred to an iOS or Android mobile phone via Bluetooth. The data is stored in cloud servers for data processing to derive biometrics including:
