We assess and evaluate aspiring astronauts using a wide range of criteria, including:

•  Teamwork and Collaboration: Space missions require seamless teamwork and collaboration. We assess interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams. 
• Communication Skills: Effective and clear communication is crucial in the challenging environments of space exploration. 
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Astronauts must think on their feet and find innovative solutions to unexpected challenges. 
•  Physical Fitness: The rigors of space demand peak physical condition. We evaluate strength, endurance, and overall fitness levels.
