Welcome to the AdvancingX team! We focus on advancing human factors research, optimal team design and STEM Education. AdvancingX is a global leader in astronaut training, collaborative team building, human behavior and STEM programs. We are a research and technology leader for space exploration and related markets. We focus on human factors and combine NASA-patented technology, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and AdvancingX IP to support and inspire innovative ongoing development of human operator and machine teaming.

At AdvancingX we lead research and technology in predictive team metrics, optimal team design determined by our optimal team index (OTI) and improving human-machine teaming. We apply our peer-reviewed research on the OTI to select Career Astronaut teams, develop training and mission operations, and collaborate with partners around the globe. Some of the training includes Neutral Buoyancy EVA/IVA operations, Navigation tasks, and isolation and environmental challenges.
